These Terms of Service apply to your use of aaccountingfl.com (the "Site"), operated by A&A Accounting Services LLC ("A&A", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
02General information, not advice
Content on the Site is general information about our firm and our services. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it may not reflect the latest rules or apply to your situation. Please don't act on it without speaking with a qualified professional about your circumstances.
03No client relationship
Using the Site, submitting the Book a call form or emailing us does not create an accountant-client relationship. That relationship begins only when you and A&A both sign an engagement letter describing the services we'll provide.
Until then, please don't send confidential or sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details or tax documents.
04Booking a call
When you book a call, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that we may use it to contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy. A first conversation comes with no commitment on either side, and we may decline an engagement for any reason, including conflicts of interest or scope.
05Client app and portal
Clients get access to our client app and portal under their engagement agreement and any terms that accompany those tools. These Terms of Service apply to the public website only.
06Our content
The Site and its content, including text, design, photography and the A&A name and logo, belong to A&A or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, but please don't copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission.
07Acceptable use
Please don't use the Site to break the law, submit false or misleading information, send spam, attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access, interfere with the Site's operation, or collect information about others.
08Links and third-party services
The Site may link to, or rely on, services run by others, such as hosting, form delivery and scheduling providers. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
09Disclaimers
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
