A&A Accounting Services LLC ("A&A", "we", "us") is an accounting firm based in Florida that works with businesses and individuals across the United States. This policy covers personal information collected through aaccountingfl.com (the "Site") and when you contact us by email.
If you become a client, your engagement letter and any client agreements also apply to the information you share with us as part of our work together.

When you book a call, we ask for your first and last name, business name, email address and phone number and, if you choose to share them, your website, a short description of your business, the services you're interested in and anything else you'd like to tell us. When you pick a time, we add the call and these details to our Google Calendar and send you a calendar invite. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the companies that host this Site and serve its fonts receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this Site, and the Site itself does not set cookies.
Information from clients
If you become a client, we collect the financial, tax and identity information needed to provide our services through our secure client app and portal, not through this Site's forms.
Please don't send sensitive information through the website form or regular email, such as Social Security numbers, bank account details or tax documents. We'll give you a secure way to share them once we're working together.
