Hi, I'm Hen.

I started A&A because I believed accounting could be more personal.

Too many business owners send their documents into a void, wait weeks for an answer, and hope nothing was missed. They're paying for expertise, and still left wondering what's going on.

I didn't want to build another firm like that. I wanted one where you know who's handling your work, where a question gets a real answer, and where your accountant knows your business well enough to speak up before something becomes a problem.
